5. Delayed Orders Compensation

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date, you may contact our support team to receive a one-time 50% discount code valid toward a future purchase.

This discount:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Is valid for one use only

6. Incorrect Addresses

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Unique Brand is not responsible for carrier-related issues including lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
