RETURN & FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final. By placing an order with Unique Brand, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Unique Brand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as delivered.


SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing.

Unique Brand is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be required to pay customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges upon arrival in their country.

These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unique Brand does not control or collect these charges.


SIZING DISCLAIMER

All products are sold in adult sizing unless specifically stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before purchasing.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
